Sophie Luxton Dance Instruction - Toronto

Sophie's classes are awesome! She's incredibly friendly, always smiling, and always full of energy. Her beginner exotic dance classes are not at all intimidating - the classes are fairly small, but there's usually a good cross section of people of different ages and backgrounds. It's A LOT of fun, an hour and a half class flies by, but you definitely get a good workout while you're at it. She also offers excellent workshops, if you just want to try it out, or want a little something to bring home. And she also does hip hop classes, which are a great cardio workout.
