Summerhays Grill - Ottawa

This is one of the worst restaurants to go to in Ottawa. It really sucks for students living around the Algonquin College area because there isn't a lot of choice. So if you're sick of Subway, Pizza Pizza, McDonald's, and Chances R, then you're stuck with this joint. The prices seem good, but they are pretty average, and I've seen cheaper/better wings, so don't fall for them being the cheapest, because they aren't.

The waitresses (at least all the ones that I have ever had) are really stupid and crazy-slow. One time, my friends and I all went out for breakfast in between classes and, despite the fact that it was practically empty, it took forever for the girl to serve us. Then she forgot what some of us wanted to drink. Then, when my friend who is allergic to eggs asked if there was another option for her, besides having eggs on her plate (which could kill her!), the waitress snapped back "well it's not my fault you're allergic!". We never said it was! I'd also like to blame you for cancer. Can I get a side salad with that? Thanks. Tool. Honestly, these people seem crazy that work there.

And with some places you can at least say "hey, at least the food is good", but not here. You're not getting anything really special here. It's not worth the wait or the money. This place blows big time. The only reason they get money to stay open is because of new students going to college. Fresh meat!

Oh, and if you want to pay debit, too bad. There is a bank machine there that charges an arm and a leg though, so have fun with that. These people live in the dark ages.

God help me, but I'd rather eat at Denny's.
