I've always had my hair cut just as I like it. Once, when my daughter was four, she found some scissors in the middle of the night. When we next saw her, she had cut off about 18 inches of hair all around. I took her to Supercuts the new morning for "damage control." No, of course they couldn't fix it, but they did as reasonable job of evening it up as possible, without shaving her head.
