The Bridge Drive-In - Winnipeg

It has amazing ice-cream, obviously. The line up can be ridiculous on summer days, and the service is pretty slow, but if you are in the mood to wait, the ice cream is well worth it. The goog special is delicious, as well as the peanut butter milkshake. Definitely try it :)

The hot fudge sundaes are definately worth a try, and the Goog Special is my favourite.

Awesome, awesome ice cream! We actually had our wedding pics taken there. I was so tempted to get my favorite - a medium twist cone with chocolate dip, but, it would not have been smart as it was 32 degrees celcius that day! Oh well, I enjoy them all summer long. If you haven't been to the BDI yet, it's a must!!

Pretty cheap ice cream and they definately don't skimp. Long wait time can be annoying on hot days. Try a vanilla cone with cherry dip! De-licious!

A cool place, very popular. Selection and quality is not bad, but I've had better. I go here because you can sit overlooking the river or go for a walk down the bridge. It's like a little oasis in the middle of a busy neighbourhood.

The BDI is located at 766 Jubilee Avenue near a beautiful bridge that leads into a gorgeous neighborhood with tall trees. This is a scenic spot to take pictures while enjoying a twist code or banana split. They have a really nice selection and in summer the line-ups are really long for this historic take-out ice cream joint.
