I tried a few of these energy sticks from my friend who is a rep, and all they did was give me a headache. No help in energy at all, and I felt crummy. There are many other options out there, save your money.
This is a great toner! It helps with skin texture and blemishes when I use it regularly. Another great thing is that unlike most toners this one comes in a spray bottle so can be used quickly without waste or application pads.
