I received a box of this to sample through Family Rated, and say I was pleasently surprised by the taste. It did not taste the same as traditional white pasta, but it was still enjoyable. The texture of it, on the other hand, is something to get used to as it was not well...

We did not like this product and would not recommend it. It has a strange taste that I can't describe and we had to mask the taste with lots of sauce..
I love pasta and have it once a week. I especially love the catelli smart spaghetti since you get the added nutritional benefits with eating it. There's no difference in this spaghetti when compared to regular spaghetti which is great because you can still enjoy a pasta dish...

I love all catelli products it's my go to pasta brand and I especially love this cute bow tie shaped pasta. It is just so cute and a super easy way to make any dish a little fancy.
Ok so my kids and I are 100% gluten free. We used to eat this stuff all the time because it was the best we had found. We actually still order it because it’s hard to get GF anything in our tiny town. The only other one I have found that was better was Barilla.

As with most pasta from a box, it's simple to prepare and toss into favorite recipes. I like using smaller shapes pastas for chicken noodle soup, and this works well
