Not worth the extra money.

I don't like and will not repurchase this product. It costs more than the extra strength caplets, doesn't seem to work any faster, and are like trying to swallow marbles. If you need Advil the caplets work just as well.

I get severe pms, periods, Rheumatoid arthritis,chronic headaches and migraines. so I was hoping this Extra strength Advil would work for me. It did not t all.I got no side effects which is great unless I take it without food then I get a major upset stomach. It 's ok by me to take with food but I wished it helped me!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, these extra strength liqui-gels don't do much for me at all.
I suffer from tension headaches and these work so temporary for me when they do have any effect on my headaches that I could ingest them like candy. I stopped taking them and decided it was likely healthier for me to just suffer through my pain.
