It didnt seem to help with the itching or anything. I prefer to use the regular After-Bite on my kids. Has a sting but its more effective than the kids After-bite.

After Bite advertises to stops the itching and swelling from insect bites and stings. After Bite works to neutralize the bite area so that itching is reduced and the bite area heals more quickly.

I have tried using after bite on misquito bites and all I seems to do is leave a very heavy amonia smell on my skin. The bites where still itchy and I still had swelling.
