I love good cheese so I have no problem spending the extra bit of money to get real, good Parmesan cheese but if you don't like spending the extra money this cheese might not be for you because it is quite expensive. I love the flavour of this Parmesan cheese it doesn't have such a strong stinky feet smell or flavour, it also melts alot better than the powdered processed Parmesan cheese you buy in the container. Over all an amazing parmigiana Reggiano cheese and if your a fellow cheese lover I recommend you try this brand !
