Flexible and regular

I buy this often for my health and get enough fibre. I like it well enough as a cereal with milk and raisins added but I also enjoy the fact you can cook breads and muffins with it and it adds flavour and fibre to those too!

as we age we all need more bran and this brand as be around for all time so tried l find there product very expensive and the regular one was like paste after a few miniutes flavor was ok but hard to get by the mush it becomes although there new cinnamon heart one if=s good

J'ajoute toujours des céréales All Bran aux autres céréales que je mange pour aller chercher mes fibres lors de mon petit déjeuner. J'adore le goût. C'est une façon facile de maintenir la régularité.
