Someone once said to me "Kotex works but Always works better." This phrase still rings true to this day. Always has been reliable since day 1 and I've been using this product for something like 12 years. I don't worry about leakage and it doesn't feel like a diaper like a lot of other pads. Now although this product is great I do have some minor criticism for the wings. Yes, it's true the wings keep the pad in place but something has changed with the glue that holds it in place or something to that effect. The wings really stick to the underwear and when removing the pad they rip and parts stick to the underwear and you have to spend a bit of time peeling it off which is annoying. That being said, and I know that's probably a major downfall for some people, the protection these pads offer are still far superior to the others that I have tried. I definitely recommend the product to all women!

Sure, they are absorbent, but some chemical added to the dryweave that doctors even warn against using the product because it causes rashes. Not a good experience.

I have always used Always haha! It always does the job fine and when I run out I run to get it again at the store without a doubt.

Worst pads ever. Does anyone else get a rash from Always or is it just me? I tried to use these on a few different occassions, and have NEVER been able to without itchiness starting. They also bunched up in my underwear...wings didn't seem to help... I'll stick to Kotex thanks.

These are the best ultra thins. They stay and stick amazingly, and absorb so much. The packaging is also pretty, and they are very comfy.

I only buy always because they work. Where fit and absorbency is concerned it gets 2 ticks.
