It's all right

I took two capsules in the morning and two at night over the course of a few weeks. They're small and easy to ingest, but they have an odd smell that transfers to the skin. It's like a fishy scent (which makes sense since these are marine sourced) so I have to wash my hands after every dose.
I didn't notice dramatic changes in my skin but I do think it made my skin look better and improved the texture a little.

Collagen lift

I tried the AOR Collagen Lift (marine sourced), which is clinically shown to help reduce wrinkles in 28 days. AOR is proudly Canadian. The recommended dose is 4 capsules a day, and it can be taken with or without food. I used it consistently for a few weeks but personally didn’t notice a visible difference in my skin. I also found taking four capsules daily to be a bit much for my routine. I’m still relying on a good moisturizer to help manage dry winter skin. That said, everyone’s skin is different, so results may vary!

Proudly Canadian and Works!

I’ve been taking AOR Collagen Lift twice a day (2 pills 2 times a day) for a few weeks. It’s designed to support skin firmness, and promote collagen health. I appreciate that it comes from a trusted Canadian brand, and it's an easy way to add collagen to my daily routine to support my aging skin concerns. I have noticed my skin looks and feels more radiant. The fishy smell of the capsules however is off putting to me, and makes it more difficult to get them down, especially in the morning. If you have sensitive smell like me, you may be better off using a different product. I'm happy with the results, but not confident I'll be adding it into my daily regime permanently.
