A great supplement to incorporate into routine

I recently started incorporating the Collagen Lift supplements into my daily routine. After trying it for a month, I did notice positive results. I could see that my skin had an overall healthier glow and some of my more prominent lines/wrinkles were less visible.

There was no unpleasant tastes or odours with the capsules. They’re gluten free, which it’s important in my household. The capsules are aren’t overly large and they aren’t difficult to swallow.

I used as directed, which is 4 capsules a day. The only downside is flying through the bottle - which equals to a one month supply. With the price it’s currently at, a monthly restock would get very costly.

Seems to work.. need more time to use tho!

I’ve been taking these capsules for a couple weeks now and overall I’ve been pretty impressed with them. I originally started taking them mostly for joint support and general health, but I’ve noticed a few other benefits as well.

One of the first things I noticed after a few weeks was that my skin seemed a bit more hydrated and smoother. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle cure for wrinkles, but it does seem to help with overall skin appearance and makes it feel a bit healthier.

I also noticed some improvement with my hair and nails. My nails seem stronger and aren’t breaking as easily, and my hair feels a little thicker... what I have left anyways... and healthier. That was a nice bonus since that wasn’t the main reason I started taking it.

Another thing I like is the joint support. I was ill back in Sept and it seems to help with other things as well. I try to stay active, and these seem to help with general mobility and stiffness. It’s not a dramatic overnight change, but I do feel like recovery after activity has been a bit better.

The capsules are easy to take, but the odour is weird.

I see results!

I have wondered for a long time if collagen was a fad or something to seriously consider. There are so many different products/types and it can be overwhelming. The opportunity to try out Canadian made AOR Collagen Lift capsules came at a great time. I took 4 capsules daily, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, for a full 28 days. While I did not notice an improvement in deep wrinkles, I did notice firmness returning to my face! I see a touch of youthfulness that has been lost for a while. I would like to continue use to see if further improvements are to come.

AOR Collagen-Lift Capsules

I tried the AOR Collagen-Lift Capsules for 3 weeks. I took 4 capsules daily with food as per the instructions. However, maybe due to the fact that I did not take them for 28 days, I did not see much effect in the reduction of my minor forehead wrinkles. It may work more effectively on those with deeper set wrinkles as per the product statement that it's clinically shown to reduce deep wrinkles in 28 days.

Great option to get collagen!

Collagen has amazing benefits, not just for skincare, hair or nails, but for general overall health as well. This is a great collagen supplement option for those who don’t want to consume collagen from beef, pork or chicken as it’s marine collagen sourced from fish. Also, I like to support brands in Canada. 🇨🇦

Easy you use but too many capsules

This product is convenient to use when you're yoo busy to have a 7 step skincare. Collagen is needed for many parts of the body anf it's difficult to take care of all at once. So getting support from only one product is a life saver. However taking 4 capsules a day is a bit too much. So one container only last a month.
