No real results for me

I received this product for free for my honest opinion, which is:

First, I loved the fact the product is from a Canadian Brand, at the moment, I'm actively searching for local options. Secondly, I was afraid about an after taste since it's cucurmin, but I was happily surprised that there wasn't. The capsule is not too big, easy to swallow, which is a great plus for the product in itself.

But for the effects, it wasn't a success for me. I'm a former athlete and I'm an active person, doing jogging and more and after many days for use, I didn't noticed any improvements for me. I don't know if I'm the kind of person that would need more time using it to get results, so I will continue and will come back updating my opinion.

I can't say at the moment if I would recommend it or not, but it doesn't seem to me like a bad product for sure.
