Bye bye aches and pains

Since turning 50 and trying to hold steady to a gym routine, incorporating this into my supplement rotation has helped immensely with the aches and pains that come with strength training and being 50. Really packs a punch

I’ve been using AOR Curcumin Active for a while now and overall I’ve had a positive experience. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the formula is designed for enhanced absorption. The only downside for me has been mild heartburn on a few occasions, especially if I take it on an empty stomach. Taking it with food seems to help.

So far so good

I'm in week 5 of my marathon training. So I ma hoping that this will reduce the amount of inflammation due to the extra stresses on my body. This supplement helps to support joint care and help to cohesively alleviate joint pain. I like how to capsules are dissolvable and made from gluten-free and vegan ingredients.
