Scared to Try

I was scared to try this product. I was initially excited to try this but when I received it I actually got nervous to try because I felt as though I was not really needed to use it. When I originally applied I was taking Saxenda which caused severe constipation. I thought this would be such a great help with what I was dealing with. Once I received it I was no longer on Saxenda and was regular. I think taking this product now would only cause symptoms that are unnecessary.

I have been taking this Psyllium + Curcumin by AOR Wellness Supplements Spring 2026 from last 10 days and I can feel that my bowel movements are more regular than before. It tastes good as it is orange flavoured and infused with Curcumin. It easily gets dissolved in water. It tastes best when the water is cold. I love the fact that it is proudly Canadian. AOR products are backed by science and are easily available online and at your preferred health food store. I would highly recommend this supplement to everyone.

Helped Firm Things Up Naturally

Lemony drink that provides constipation relief

I seem to tackle taboo health topics that we typically deem as embarrassing. I don't think we talk about constipation and regularity enough.

When I first started reducing sugar in my diet back in 2010, my nutritionist recommended psyllium husks to promote regular bowel movements. They worked, but weren't yummy.

Last year, I had a stomach ulcer, which was a side effect from taking medication. Constipation was another symptom that I had. It was unpleasant and caused a lot of pain around my addomen.

I am good now. Adding more fibre to my diet has helped. Using this product provides peace of mind and preventative care that I won't experience such a painful ordeal again.

AOR's Psyllium and Curcumin provided gentle relief of constipation and irregularity. It's easy to take one serving (a scoop that comes with the products) mixed with water an hour before you eat, once a day.

I love the lemony flavour. It's a nice change from orange or no flavouring at all.

The tricky thing about mixing psyllium in water is that it doesn't dissolve well. You'll often get a thick, gelatinous texture, especially if you don't drink it immediately after you make your drink.

I am personally okay with a not-so-smooth texture. I use more water to make this drink,which helps. I also suggest blending the product in a smoothie if you don't enjoy the texture due to psyllium not dissolving easily.

I have been incorporating curcumin in my diet. I have been achy more than usual lately, which has reduced thanks to the curcumin. This product with cucurmin is great for my needs!

Tasty support for your intestines

Absolutely tasty and really easy to include it in my supplement routine. Just mix with water or juice and enjoy. It turns into delicious zesty drink. But thoughts that it helps me with my digestion are encouraging to follow my high protein diet more easy. Many people knows that this type of diet causes constipations so AOR drink with psyllium and curcumin is a great support when constipation happens. I will definitely keep it as a part of my diet. Only one thing - price. I ams cery happy that this item is Canadian made. But it should be Canadian affordable as well.

Just okay

As someone with IBS, I’m always on the lookout for a reliable laxative to help with constipation, so I was genuinely excited to try the AOR Wellness Supplements Spring 2026 Psyllium + Curcumin blend. Unfortunately, my first impression wasn’t great. The powder didn’t dissolve well in water at all and instead left these odd little pellets floating around, which I found pretty off-putting and honestly a bit gross to drink. On top of that, the flavour was surprisingly strong and tasted quite artificial, making it harder to get through a full glass. That said, I can’t deny that it did what it was supposed to do and provided relief, which is ultimately the most important part. Still, between the texture and taste issues, it’s not something I see myself reaching for on a daily basis. I’d only keep it on hand as a backup for more urgent situations rather than incorporating it into my regular routine.

I quite like it, it is well-designed by using a gel-forming delivery system where the psyllium helps carry and slowly release curcumin over a period of time. The formula is fairly clean and a little easier to take vs plain psyllium. In terms of effects, the psyllium does most of the heavy lifting - notably helping lower LDL cholesterol through its soluble fiber, while the curcumin acts as an anti-inflammatory. A solid daily supplement for digestion and gradual cholesterol support, but not something that will dramatically lower cholesterol on its own. Well priced, a little goes a long way!

Wanted to love these, but they just didn’t do much for me.

Psyllium helped a bit with digestion, but nothing noticeable long-term.
Curcumin… I didn’t really feel a difference with inflammation or recovery.

Not terrible, just not something I’d repurchase.
