Not sure if it's effective, but has some positives

One thing I don't like about reviewing supplements is that it is hard to determine their effectiveness. So for this review, I'm only going to focus on the things I can give my opinion on!
1) AOR Vitamin K2 supplements are Canadian made, vegan and backed by science! They even have 2 forms of vitamin K2.
2) The softgel format makes them super easy to swallow so I don't mind taking them.
3) As an added bonus, they are made with coconut oil so they have a lovely coconut aftertaste!

Great product

I was lucky to have been chosen to try this Canadian product for free, it was shipped to my house so it was easy to start and use them. I was excited to try the as AOR products are backed by science and are available online and at your local preferred health food store. After doing research on this product I liked that it there is a balanced formula of both MK-4 and MK-7, they are super east to swallow with the gel caps. I learned that they were effective for bone and gum health. What really impressed me was the clean ingredients in this product. There formula is for everyone , whether you are a vegan/vegetarian and for the most part they are allergen free. The only one negative thing was that this product is not readily available in my regular shopping trips. Although I can order this product off well. ca I am not a huge order stuff on line but could definely do that when it comes again to purchase them. I have also used previous AOR products and find they are high quality products and formulas, I would definely purchase this brand name again.

I can actually tell a difference

I was skeptical at first with this product but soon started telling a difference. It honestly made my aches and pains disappear a bit. Kind of refreshing.

Energized

As we get older or bone density starts to decrease and our bones can start to become brittle. When I saw that @aorhealth was sending me a sample of their vitamin K2 soft gels I was excited to give it a try. I’m not a fan of drinking milk and I haven’t been a huge dairy fan in general for several years. Since I don’t consume much dairy, I tend to worry that my bone health isn’t as strong as it could be. Good supplement!

This is a good supplement to add to your routine, especially as a vegan. It is not contained in a gelatin capsule, so it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. I like that it is easy to swallow and easy to incorporate into a daily routine. It is a good way to make sure your vitamin K levels are high enough so you can maintain strong bones along with a healthy diet.

Easy to take, great for maintaining bone health

Vitamin K2 is amazing for maintaining good bone health. These AOR capsules uses plant-based softgel technology so they are easy to take and swallow. I have been taking these for a few weeks now, and although I do not notice any drastic outward improvements, I think these vitamins will benefit me in the long run.
