this product worked well although it did create sensitivity in my teeth. it worked great but my teeth were soar for a few days afterwards. I think it was a little bit too expensive.

One of my faves !!!! You can feel the baking soda scrubbing away everything. It leaves your mouth very very smooth and fresh. The taste isn't the greatest but the clean is so worth it.

Now there are a lot of teeth whitening toothpastes out there and to be honest, I am not sure if there is any difference between them. I think that if you are going to use whitening toothpaste and not professional bleaching or whitening systems- you have to consider that you're going to get what you pay for. Arm&Hammer;is one of the least expensive toothpastes though and so if you are going to buy whitening toothpaste, it is definitely a safe bet.

I found that it did make a bit of difference, I noticed a slight whitening of my teeth though it doesn't help that I am a major coffee drinker. So if you want to try whitening without a huge risk, I recommend trying this out first then maybe going to the more expensive ones later.
