It took a bit for me to find this in the local stores but finally did. I set up 2 litter boxes for our over-sized cat - 1 with his regular soft paper litter and the other with Arm & Hammer Slide. He is pretty finicky about what he puts his feet and his feces into and has been known to do his business outside the box when the litter hurts his precious toes. So I was a little apprehensive about the Slide litter as it has a fine granular consistency. Well, the cat surprised me. 5 days in and the only box he has used is the one with the Slide in it! So far, so good! It is easy to scoop, seems to be excellent on keeping the odor down, I certainly do not need as much of this as I do of the paper litter, and it isn't sticking to the sides or bottom of the litter box. I was very skeptical but am quickly becoming impressed.

The only real con I see so far is the price. The 6.4 kg box goes for around $15 (which seems steep to me) while the 12.7 kg is $23. I figure I should get one more litter pan out of the smaller box whereas my $20 bag of recycled paper litter lasts about 6 fills. So I am on the fence about whether or not I would buy it for our next time. We will see what cat thinks after the next fill :-)

Pretty durable in the sense that it clumps well. It's keeps most odour out however I found after 3 weeks I needed to dump most out to change and be fresh.

So this does do what it said it would except for the fact you get one litter box out of a 6.5 kilogram box and it's $15 I don't see how something that will last 1 week that cost $15 for one box is an affordable comparison to something that costs 10 for three times as much the last three times as long all in all I probably would not purchase again it's the lovely stuff but much too expensive

I was quite impressed with the litter. The urine clumps do slide nicely out of the corners and off of the bottom of the pan. The box is very easy to scoop.
The litter is very fine and has a light scent to it. Does not cover odors as well as the other brands, but it isn't far off.

The litter was.... well, litter. Hard to find, costly, over and above the coupon The cat pooped, I scooped. The usual. It really was 'nice' litter if there is such a thing; it clumped in lovely ruble encased lumpy clumps of lump. However the cost is just out of my budget for something that gets crapped in then eventually thrown out.

It was easy to clean and clumped well. It works well for my cat, and it makes emptying the litter box super easy. It's a little more money than my usual brand but I like the convenience.

I was able to test the Arm & Hammer Slide Easy Clean-Up Clumping Litter (Multi Cat) as a part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club for free. To start, I have 1 female Bengal mix cat and am not brand loyal in terms of litter. I was excited to test this out but had such a hard time actually finding the product! I went to 4 different grocery stores before finally looking on Google to see that Walmart carried it. My initial first impression was not good when I saw how small (and heavy!!) the box was, but that the price was $14.99.

I brought it home and gave it a shot - My best description of the consistency is like coarse sand. The granules are much smaller and darker than the typical grey litter. I found it took quite a bit of the box to fill the litter tray. In terms of smell, it was pleasant and did do a good job controlling odor. I don't quite understand why you would want to slide the litter out of the box though which is the whole marketing of the product. I used the scooper, and found it clumped nicely without wastage.

If the price of the product were lower, I would consider buying again as it is unique in its properties, but at the end of the day as others have mentioned, it's something your cat poops in!

I received Arm & Hammer Slide Easy Clean-Up Clumping Litter (Multi-Cat) for free in exchange for my review! I think the price point is too high for the amount of cat litter. Also it is very heavy. That being said, it eliminated smells way better than other cat litters I have tried. Also the slide aspect makes for much easier litter box cleaning!

Inexpensive product. Really loved that chickadvisor let me try this product for free. Having two cats, you need a litter that is able to block odour/ clump at the same time. It clumped really well, and masked the smell as much as it could. Would buy this again

J'ai d'abord été surprise par la couleur foncée de la litière, comme si elle était déja souillée ! Mais je me suis vite rendu compte que c'était la couleur de base. J'ai ensuite été agréablement surprise par la douce odeur,légèrement sucrée. C'est assez rare qu'une litière sente bon ! Mes chats ont étés un peu réticent à la nouvelle litière, mais ils l'ont utilisé assez rapidement. À 3 chats, après 2 jours, j'ai eu des odeurs. Par contre, rien n'a collé au fond de la litière. En gros, litière de qualité, mais un peu trop chère pour les avantages qu'elle offre par rapport à la compétition.
