A great gel cleanser

I received a bottle of Aveeno Positively Radiant Maxglow Micellar Gel Cleanser for free in exchange for my honest review.

I started using this gel cleanser day and night about a week ago. I was actually surprised at how well it removed my eye makeup. Normally I remove my eye makeup first and then use a cleanser to get rid of any residue left behind. I decided to see how well it worked on eye makeup and washed my face without removing my makeup first. I swiped my eyes with cotton balls soaked in eye makeup remover afterward to see how much was left behind and it was almost completely clean. There was a tiny bit of mascara left behind, but that might be because I wasn't as vigorous when washing my eyes as I could have been.

The cleanser has a light scent and foams up nicely when rubbed. A little went a long way and it felt nice on my face. It left my skin feeling clean and soft. My face did not feel dried out after using the cleanser.

Aveeno MaxGlow is amazing!

I really like this facial cleanser! The packaging is attractive, and the bottle is a great size. I like that it has a pump at the top although the 2nd day that i had it my daughter dropped it and the pump broke.:(. The face was is a great texture and i like that it has a faint smell and isn't overwhelming.My face feels really clean after using it. I also feel like it keeps my greasy areas at bay for the rest of the day. I would definitly buy this product! Thanks Chickadvisor for letting me test it out for free!

The best cleanser

Makes my skin so soft and hydrated. My skin has definitely improved since using this. A little does go a long way. One pump is enough to get my face lathery and clean. Leaves my face feeling soft and it's been looking more radiant since I've started using it. I love positively radiant cleanser.

Positively radiant...le nom dit tout!

J'étais sceptique en voyant la bouteille et la texture très liquide mais c'est un produit vraiment efficace. Il laisse mon teint très lumineux mais sans effets collant ou trop brillant. Un must dans ma trousse de maquillage!

Too stripping

I got this product to review from chick advisor's product review club

While I like the concept of this cleanser, it stripped my skin. My skin felt tight and dry right after using it. I don't think it's the best if you have dry skin and would not get it again

Works Well But Slightly Drying

I received this product for free from Chickadvisor to test in exchange for my honest review. Lets start with the positives. I like the bottle this cleanser comes in. I love that it is in a pump bottle with makes it easy and convenient to use. One full pump is enough to cleanse my entire face even with makeup. This cleaner foams up really nicely and creates a rich lather.

The cleanser feels very luxurious on my face. The smell is nice and mild and I find myself inhaling deeply while cleansing because it smells so refreshing. This product washes off fairly easily and does not leave any residue what so ever. My only negative is a few minutes after cleaning I did feel my face get very tight and dry. Now I will say that just coming out of winter my skin has been very dry. So the dryness may not be from the cleanser itself but more as result of the current condition of my skin. After applying a litter moisturizer my skin felt fine again. I will monitor my skin and see once we are in to Spring how my skins feel after using it.
Depending on how my skin reacts to this cleanser once the Winter dryness is gone I may repurchase because overall I did feel like this product cleaned fairly well. The value for this product is pretty good. It only takes 1 pump to cleanse my entire face so this bottle will last a very long time and I believe is priced quite fairly.

Gel nettoyant miscellaire

Elle aimerait commencer par dire que le produit a une odeur agréable et légère. Il est super facile à utiliser, la pompe fonctionne comme un charme et le produit s'y verse en bonne quantité facilement. C'est un produit qu'elle a trouver efficace et qu'elle a essayer sur quelques jours. Sa peau semble non seulement mieux à la vue mais aussi à l'effet. Il mousse super bien et déloge bien les saletés. Nous qui aimons les produits Aveeno continueront d'en faire l'achat.

Nice light cleanser

I was lucky enough to #gotitfree from chick advisor and was so thrilled to be selected as this is a product I use daily. Now first off the smell is so nice, fresh , light and not overpowering which is so important with facial cleansers. I tested it on full make up face as well as after I removed my make up. Now I am not a heavy make up wearer but this most definitely did not do the job to remove much of anything when it came to my make up which is fine as I usually remove prior to cleansing. I like that it does not make my skin feel overly dry right after cleansing but also there is n greasy residue. So for price point compared to quality it is a great cleanser for everyday use.

MAXGLOW!! Aveeno Gel Cleanser

Holy smokes!! This New AVEENO gel cleanser is amazing! One small pump is all it takes to wash my face. It’s not drying at all. It makes my skin feel so soft and delicate after I have washed it. My face feels refreshed and awake after a washing. I have very sensitive skin and I have been using it for 5 days so far and no breakouts, no dryness and no extra oil. My skin has not felt this great in a super long time.

I initially thought that since it feels so great and that it’s a new product it must be so expensive. Was I ever wrong. It’s reasonably priced and can be found at Walmart amazon and even shoppers drug mart. Can’t go wrong with this! I highly recommend it and will be letting all my friends and family know as well!!

Works better than my current cleanser

This winter my skin has gotten much drier than usual. So I switched over to using micellar water to wipe off my makeup and then a second olay or aveeno gentle cleanser to get rid of the micellar residue. This product works really well to get off stubborn waterproof and extremely ligament makeup in just one step simplifying my routine. Will definitely buy this again next fall/winter.
