It does totally take of all of your eye makeup without any tearing, burning and irritation. I like using eye makeup remover because I wear a lot of mascara so it completely removes all my mascara making cleansing the rest of my face much easier.

An affordable and very effective eye makeup remover. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it removed waterproof mascara with little or no effort. I have very sensitive and dry skin and this product was favorable for both. It left my eye lids feeling hydrated without any irritation. I definitely recommend this product.

This is a great product for removing eye makeup, even mascara. It's super moisturising and I don't have to use hard pressure or swiping to get the makeup off. I don't find it greasy at all, and the skin around my eyes feels hydrated afterwards. It's usually on sale so it's super affordable. I think I paid 99 cents for the latest bottle. Great stuff!

My Sister sent me a bottle of Avin Moisture Effectibe Eye Makeup Remover, I really love it. It doesn't have much of a scent. You don't need much on your Makeup remover pads. It takes off mascara really easy & it even works on waterproof mascara. One bottle goes a long way. I've been using Avon's Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover for years now I love it. I highly recommend it!! :)

Kinda just feels like regular soap... Very small containers of it. Would recommend if you use soap to take off your make up, pretty much the same thing..

this works really well with a cotton pad before bed time to remove my eyeshadow, mascare, and eye liner.

Just don't put too much on your pad, or it can hurt your eyes a bit!
