Pros: light weight powder foundation, easy to apply, good coverage, natural look
Cons: small amount of powder for the price you pay
I really like this as a finishing powder. It blends in very well and isn't drying on my skin. While the coverage isn't the best when using only the powder, it is good for a make up look when I am in a hurry. I often use this more as a setting powder to smooth out my liquid foundation. When used with a primer though, the poser on its own will give better coverage. Light-weight the container lasts a long time.
I would say this has a medium to full coverage. You can build up how much you want. Definitely needs a primer before putting it on. Great for summer or warm weather because it's light on your face.
My 100% favorite. Recommend all the way!! Works so well on my oily skin. It has great coverage without looking heavy. Very natural. My skin has been glowing since using this.
This is currently my daily holy grail powder!!! First discovered it through family members a few years back and have purchased it continuously. It's light coverage, but seeps into your skin so well that it makes the skin look effortlessly flawless throughout the day without feeling like you're even wearing any makeup! Price is average at Sephora - comparable to MAC's studiofix. I totally recommend this powder.. It's just perfect for a quick every day routine. I'm usually NC35 at MAC so I get the shade "light" for wintertime when my skin is more paler and the shade "medium beige" for the warmer season.
bareMinerals is my first choice for foundation. The matte is not so glittery or sparkly. Other brands of mineral makeup made my skin shimmer too much. This matte powder helps control oil and covers blemishes well. I watched the infomercials for years before trying it. It is available at department stores and has its own stand alone store.
I adore Bare Minerals, and have used it for years. It completely covers up any issues with my skin, but doesn't clog it up. I prefer the matte as it takes away shine, which is my main purpose in using it, as well as covering up blemishes. It's a bit expensive but lasts a very long time with regular use (for me at least, I don't use much).
