I bought this from Shoppers Drug Mart at least 5 years ago and it works like it still brand new, even though I have dropped it a million times.

I love it because it heats up quickly, I can plug it, turn it on high and jump in the shower, by the time I get out it is at full heat, and I am able to towel dry my hair and curl my bangs in a couple of minutes.
It has a heat setting on the side and a red light blinks until its at the desired heat, if its left plugged in for a long length of time it automatically shuts off, this has given me peace of mind some mornings.

With the desired heat setting, it curls my hair in large curls that stay in place. I highly recommend this curling iron, especially for its durability.
