Clear skin: step one

This face wash has an extremely mild clean, soap scent. This has very little, if any foaming and lather abilities and rather stays an airy cream, with the slightest touch of a foam layer once adding a bit more water to hands and rubbing in circular motions, however, don’t get me wrong my skin felt and looked like it was given the deepest of cleanses. I had to step out of the bathroom during one evening wash and after the half a minute wash while I was waiting my skin was getting mildly discomforted and warm, this isn’t a product you want to leave on the skin after your wash, nor does it say to, but after a full rinse my skin was fine, felt a little tighter/dryer that evening. Even with three daily washes my prone to dryness skin never had an issue and for the first time since early spring my cheek and temple acne patch has completely went away and previously large pimples in that area have been in the healing stages for the first time. My hope is to be able to move to a morning wash, with the regimen, especially over the winter and up to, two or three washes if I notice my acne coming back. This is exactly what my face needed to finally clear up.

Perfect acne wash!

Ok! So I don’t have major acne, but I definitely get hormonal breakouts! I have seen an incredible difference in my skin in only over a week! Clearer, smoother skin, decreases pores and redness! Great for breakouts!

This package arrived at a perfect time as I have been battling a breakout for the past 2 weeks. This product has helped to clear my skin without over drying it.

I’m already seeing good results

This acne wash solution is unscented and has a watery consistency (so be careful to not waste too much product when you a pouring it on your hands).

I did the spot test, as recommended by the brand, and was initially concerned about dryness or irritation, but I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t have any bad reactions to it. I highly recommend to do apply it to a small area first for a couple of days and see if you are sensitive to this product.

Every morning I apply a small amount, work it into a lather, and massage it onto my face. It rinses off easily, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and tight. I could only test it for two weeks but I am already seeing positive results.

It's worth noting that, although this formula expertly combats acne without harming my skin, the benzoyl peroxide can be very drying. Using Benzagel’s After Care Moisturizing Lotion during the day and a stronger moisturizer during the night helped.

I've incorporated this product into my skincare routine and I'm excited to see how it may contribute to the overall improvement of my skin's health.

The only comment I would like to make is that these products are not great for removing makeup. I would encourage anyone looking to use these products to help their acne prone skin to properly remove both face and eye makeup prior to starting the three-step routine.

I love that this cleanser makes my skin feels so fresh and clean afterward without making it dry or irritated. A little goes a long way so the bottle will last a long time!!

A must have!

Struggling with acne for years, I've tried numerous cleansers in pursuit of clearer skin. The Benzagel Acne Wash, however, has proven to be a standout contender in my skincare routine. After using it consistently for the past couple of months, I'm compelled to share my positive experience. The gel-like texture is easy to apply and creates a satisfying lather that leaves the skin feeling refreshed.

Gentle enough for my sensitive skin

I was actually really worried about trying this product. I have pretty sensitive skin and I was worried about burning myself with it. I only use it in the morning, and make sure that I always wear sunscreen daily. I was surprised at how good my skin looked even after the first 3 days. It's starting to help purify my skin. A lot of little white heads started to purge out of my skin, but in an easy to remove way. It didn't irritate my skin like vitamin c might - resurfacing and exposing pimples making them painful. This really helped to balance out some of my extra oils (I have combo skin) but it didn't dry out the rest of my face either. I'm really enjoying it. My face feels so much cleaner and fresh.
