I like the natural feeling of baking soda bits in this cleanser and the lemon scent it has helps me relax at the end of a long day. Only con I can think of is that the salicylic acid makes your face a bit red and dry after too many uses in a week

This gets a pretty deep clean but it really really irritated my skin. I would rather use the normal liquid cleanser than buy this. It is cool how it gets activated with water though and the baking soda dissolves as you scrub so that you don't over exfoliate your skin.

I'm not madly in love with this product. I do really enjoy it because I think it smells amazing. I don't see an improvement with my skin from using this, but my skin does feel clean afterwards. Another thing I enjoy about this product is that my skin doesn't feel dry and taut after using it, it feels fresh, clean and a little moisturizer. It does the basic job of a cleanser. I would purchase again if it was on sale.

I received this product free to review. Definitely exfoliated your skin but the beads were a little annoying. I felt they might have gotten into my eyes a few times. I like to get around my eyes as well. But I guess you can use a makeup remover first before you'd use a product like this.

For me, this didn't really work. I really wanted to love this. It is really cool when you are preparing it, but after using it, my face becomes reeeally dry. I will use it with a good moisturizer, but I will just stick to using the regular baking soda pore cleanser.

The Bioré Baking Soda Pore Cleanser is a foaming cleanser, so it is great for people who prefer that. I'm actually more of a milk based cleanser person as I find most foaming cleansers are too drying. That is still the case here unfortunately, so especially at this time of year, I needed to follow up with a good moisturizer, despite the product saying it won't overdry combination skin. Also, because it is an exfoliating cleanser and has a slight tingly feeling, it is not appropriate for use around your eyes or for removing eye make-up. This cleanser has tiny little grains of baking soda (they better not be microbeads) in it so, as with any scrub, follow the instructions. I think this product will be perfect for after a sweaty yoga session in the summer. The tingly sensation will feel so refressing on my warm skin and that is the one time a good foaming cleanser feels best to me.
