This is a great serum to protect your hair, make it look lustrous, shiny and feel super smooth. It helps with fly-aways, protect hair from the heat of your styling products and make you look and feel sexy! I always recommend this product to my friends and family and everyone has had nothing but good things to say about Biosilk!

This stuff is amazing! It's perfect for those days when you feel like your hair has been fried, and is dry and brittle. I just go into the shower, and then use this stuff, and my hair feels and looks like I just left the salon.

I know some people may say this is pricey, but to me its worth every penny spent!

So if you guys or girls are like me, with dry brittle hair, use this one day and your hair will look like hair from a shampoo advertisement

I love love love BioSilk! When used daily, it does an amazing job at fixing split ends, ending frizziness, and improving the overall health of my hair. I apply this product when my hair is wet and I want to wear my hair straight, not curly. (Although, sometimes I will put on a little bit when I am letting my hair be naturally curly, to cut down on the frizz.) There is only one reason I rate this 4 rather than 5 stars, and that is because you have to be very careful not to put on too much. If you put on too much BioSilk, your hair will feel oily/greasy (which is never good!) (This is also why I apply it while my hair is wet.) Remember that a little goes a really long way when it comes to this product. Just dab it lightly on your hair.

I agree that Silk Therapy is excellent! My sister, mother, and I have all been using it for years! It helps get rid of flyaways and adds shine to my hair. Occasionally I will use it when my hair is still wet because my hair is naturally really dry so I like an oil-based product to add some, well, oil!

An old hairdresser of mine told me that it can be used on your skin too! It's too oily to actually use everywhere but after putting it in my hair I always rub the remains into my hands/arms.

I've actually found a jumbo bottle it at Costco before - it was double the size for only around $30. It lasted AGES!

Biosilk silk therapy is great at best. At first, my hair was straightened so easily, the serum, not the flat iron, did the work. And my locks were light, super shiny, silky, smelled nice, and felt pampered with such an expensive item! I loved it so much I would use it every other week after I washed my hair. But the problem is I just recently got a haircut and I haven't damaged it much, yet my hair is dry when it doesn't eat it's biosilk one day. My hair is dull now, not shiny how it was naturally or super shiny how biosilk would make it, but it lost it's natural luster! I was deeply saddened that my hair grew accustomed( I didn't even use it for more than 3 months!)so I quickly stopped the habit and just tried to get back my normal hair. It's been a month and still my hair is dull, but getting better. I use it every now and then, just for the sake of the huge bottles I had bought to try. It is true you grow accustomed to things quickly and maybe avoid using this product too much if your hair is addicted to everything. They do say it depends on the person. But I have to admit- Biosilk makes wonders for super curly afro poodle hair! :) Cheers!

This product can be used by everyone! It is a hair serum that helps de-frizz your hair, or soften your skin. I love this product because I think it works better than any other anti frizz serum I've found. It has a lovely smell, and you don't have to put a lot in your hair to get results. I use it when I straighten my hair and when i leave it curly to control frizz, and to give my hair a soft, silky smooth look and feel to it. You can use it as often as you'd like, keeping in mind to only used a dime sized amount, to avoid greasy looking hair. This is still a serum, and if you use too much your hair will end up looking greasy, and you wont end up with the look your going for. I have used this product many times, and would highly recommend that anyone looking to help control frizz try's it. Usually you can only buy the larger bottle, which comes with a smaller "travel" sized bottle. It should only cost you around $20, and is available at most salons.

This product is great if you frequently use lots of heat to style your hair which, as we all know, causes those nasty little fly-aways on the top of your head. My hair is curly so when I use a blow-dryer to make it straight I need some something to take away the frizz as well as add shine. This product is amazing because it does both of those things, strengthens your hair and it smells great! A friend of mine also has curly hair but hers isn't as thick and she says that it weighed her hair down. So caution to those of you who have fine hair, this product is oil based and may not be for you.

I personally have not liked the way that Biosilk makes my hair feel. I have used the Shampoo, Conditioner, and a serium. My hairdresser swears buy the Biosilk line of products. My results were just that my hair felt brittle and I felt as if I had more flyaways than before my shower. I would never just wash with the shampoo and conditioner; you almost have to follow these products up with some type of after shower styling product. But when I just use my herbal essences I don't feel like I have to shampoo AND condition. I don't even have to follow up with any additional products if I don't want to.

I use biosilk after blowdrying, before flat ironing and it really helps prevent split ends (i havent cut my hair in like 6 months and the ends are just getting bad!...) and seals up ones that are there... it looks kind of pricey but i bought a big bottle nearly 2 years ago and still haven't used half of it... you don't need much or it will be greasy looking like others have mentioned...
