I really liked this probiotic powder. It tastes great, mixes really well with just 125 mL of cold water, and dissolves completely without any lumps or gritty bits. It only takes a minute to make, so it's been really easy to work into my daily routine. I also love that it comes in individual travel packs. I like how it’s a probiotic with collagen and skin-improving abilities, it’s also good for immune support. I’ve been using it the past weeks or so. However, I don’t really like the taste of it and prefer mixing it up with something like in a smoothie. It’s customizable which is great, so people who aren’t a fan of flavored drinks/medicine would definitely like this.
