Gritty and terrible flavour

I was really looking forward to trying Bioteem Skin Health & Immune Support Probiotic Powder. They come in easy to use sachets that are good for taking on the go but the good things about this product stop there. I followed the directions to mix the powder in with cold water but it was impossible to get rid of the granules, no matter how long you shake it for in the bottle they do not dissolve which leaves an incredibly gritty texture to it. The strawberry flavour was also not good at all, I'm not even sure how to describe it but it was not good. I would not recommend this product.
