Best mineral sunscreen

As someone who wears sunscreen everyday rain or shine I know the importance of making sure to protect my skin from the harmful UVA and UVB rays. That’s why it’s so important for me to find a sunscreen that can protect my little one! With summer just around the corner I was so happy to get the chance to try out Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen with SPF 50. I always prefer mineral sunscreen and I love that this sunscreen goes on smoothly with no noticeable tint! Thanks Butterly for providing this amazing sunscreen that my little one will be wearing all summer long!

Blue Lizard sunscreen for Kids

It's awesome! We have been using the Blue Lizard kids SPF 50 sunblock on a daily basis for about a week now. We are an active family that spends a lot of time outdoors and in the sun, so sun protection is a must! Thus mineral based sunscreen works evenly into your skin without leaving you looking like a ghost. The little and big kids (12 - 18 yrs), find it easy to apply, and it doesn't irritate their sensitive skin. Another cool feature is the clear plastic cap turns blue when exposed to the sun. We love this product (received for free from Butterly), and will purchase it again.

Rubs in quick & easy!

As a mom to pale kiddos, sun safety is very important to us! Blue Lizard Kids Mineral SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion was sent to us free in exchange for this review. It’s made with Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, and provides broad-spectrum sun protection from harmful UV rays. As a pool owner, the fact that it has up to 80 minutes of water resistance is very important to us.

A must have for this summer

We received the Blue Lizard kids mineral sunscreen SPF 50 to try out, it goes on white but once it’s rubbed in it turns clear, the cap changes colour when exposed to UV light which let’s you know to protect your skin. I love this sunscreen, it’s definitely the best mineral sunscreen i’ve tried so far. This will be my go to sunscreen from now on.

Great sunscreen for the entire family!

I received the Blue Lizard Kids Screen to review for free from Butterly and I’ll definitely be using this for the entire family! It blended quickly and didn’t leave a white residue afterwards. I love that it’s a mineral sunscreen and is great for sensitive skin. I am also a sucker for nice packaging and I love how the bottle is designed and it is appealing. I’ll be purchasing this product for the summer and also look forward to trying out the spray!

Pleased

First impression loved the packaging especially the sealed tube. Perfect size to carry on the go. The formula is very thick and works great on kids, definitely on the sun play or swim related. If you choose to wear it discreatly as a no show sunscreen this is not the one. It does not blend in. So it works perfectly for the indented use. Lasts well in water and the thick formula helps with that. There's no scent, no irritation. This sunscreen is a perfect solution for someone wanting protection from broad spectrum of lights. Needs reapplication every 80mins but usually kids are exhausted by then.

Quickly dries sun protection cream

I recently tried Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen SPF 50 for kids. Since the summer season is approaching, I actively encourage my young son to use a sunscreen during his outdoor activity. The Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen SPF 50 provides protections against UVA/UVB that my son needs when he is spending time under the sun. However, he needs to reapply the sunscreen at least after 2 hours after the each application to keep the sun protection formula’s working well.

The sunscreen has a liquid creamy texture that glides easily when applied to the skin. It is also fast to absorb into the skin. It dried quickly after application. It did not leave any 'heavy' feeling on the skin.

I like that fact that the sunscreen has no fragrance or very mild fragrance. As a person who prefers a non-scented skincare product, this is an excellent choice of sunscreen for my son and me.

Too thick

Used on daughter it's like that diaper rash cream. To think and you have to rub hard to get into skin. Then she got a rash all over. I would never purchase

Blue lizard sunscreen is amazing!

This sunscreen checks so many boxes for me as a mom of 2 busy boys! We spend so much time outside in the sunshine and I need to make sure they’re protected and this sunscreen is amazing! My one son has really fair skin and can burn quite easily if not protected so this stuff is amazing! Not to mention the ingredients, they’re also amazing and it’s not just full of chemicals!
Highly recommend! Our summer is going to be amazing with this sunscreen on hand!

Great product

I used this on my 3 year old granddaughter. We were outside in the back yard all afternoon. She was well protected from the sun. There was no sign of sunburn at all.
