Oily yes, but no long-lasting results.

As an ‘oil’ yes it is very hydrating, but I found the effects to be short lived. It is also quite greasy and didn’t absorb quickly into the skin. I wouldn’t recommend applying this during the daytime underneath make up, because it is so greasy. I found it most beneficial to use at night. I won’t be using this product myself again, but it may be worth a try for you!
