This year we welcomed two pure bred chihuahuas into our family. Haven't having previously owned dogs of our own we naturally researched for the best of the best for our puppies from toys to food to training. We researched the benefits of a raw fed diet over a kibble fed one, super foods every animal shouldn't have and a variety of other products as well. After much research we decided that the best product we could find on the market for raw fed diet, offering a 'complete' meal was Bold Raw. Although they offer a big selection of variety we started out with turkey which contains ground turkey w/ bone, green beef tripe, turkey liver & kelp. We have since done chicken, duck and salmon as well. Our veterinarian is not 100% convinced that raw is best however has given nothing but positive reviews on all our visits. Our boys have shiny beautiful coats, their stools are less odorous and dissolve on their own in the event we miss one or two in the yard, their blood work has been great and their dental looks great for a breed that usually experiences a bunch of difficulties with the above. We have been using Bold Raw since the beginning and most likely will use them forever. The boys love their meals and are growing and thriving amazingly.
