Expensive but delicious and effective

After being concerned about the amount of breast milk I was producing I purchased these cookies that contain brewer's yeast, flax seed and oats. While I appreciate that these cookies are wheat and soy free (I do not have dietary restrictions that require me to eat soy free or wheat free) I believe that this is a factor in their high price point. I enjoyed both the taste and texture of these cookies but more importantly I did see an increase in my milk output.
