I was given a free sample of Boost High Protein ~Vanilla and sadly I could not stomach it I found it overly sweet and too rich. I did not enjoy the product but gave it to my aunt who did like it.

Boost is good! tastes fine! not sure if its effectiveness is better than other nutrition drinks, but worth trying

I received this to try out in exchange for an honest review. Though the drinks contain a good amount of protein and other nutrients, I found the taste to be not something I really enjoy/would reach for. I might give the chocolate flavour a try in the future, but for the price I don't anticipate re-purchasing them again once I finish those that I received.
