Great tasting product

I use this in my smoothie and it was great. Barely noticed it was in it, the flavour was an overbearing. Will definitely be using this in smoothies, my yoghurt and will be putting it into my baking.

So easy to incorporate into any meal

I have been using Natura Fibre for about a week now and I love how easy it is to incorporate into my every day life. I have been adding it to my yogurt, oatmeal, soups and of course my baking. I made some delicious poppyseed lemon muffins and I added some of the Natura fibre into my recipe and they came out delicious. My kids couldn't tell the difference. I have definitely felt less bloated and love the benefits of it. I have been using it everyday. This is a product I would definitely repurchase.

Keeps me fuller longer!

I can’t believe I’m now old enough to say things like “you need to incorporate fibre into your daily diet” but hey here I am. As a kid, I always said “When I’m an adult, I’ll do anything I want.” But actual adulting means seeing something cool , looking at the ingredients and trying to determine if my body can handle the salt/sugar/fat content and half the time, putting it back on the shelf.

Brightsideorganics sent me their Natura Fibre to try and I was excited to try it. 3 tablespoons has 14g of fibre, it’s pretty mellow in terms of flavour. But it’s got all natural ingredients with flaxseed, psyllium husk, fenugreek seed , dandelion root and burdock and is organic to boot. It’s good for gut health and a good supplement to smoothies and I will be using this in my overnight oats. I’ll have to see how it bakes up next. I did notice that the extra fibre kept me fuller longer without causing bloating.
