It burns but it works

I have oily skin with dry patches and I get hormonal acne in the same areas. I used this item on my problem areas which are: chin, nose and between my eyebrows.
I have dark pigmentation there from previous acne and a new breakout which I was able to try it with and I think it made a difference.
I had a cystic acne on my chin which is painful and a new scar around my lip and nose which I treated for a few weeks religiously.
The chin one went down a lot before it became too painful and the lip one is no longer a raised bump. The nose area has decreased in darkness more quickly than usual.
The item itself has that witch hazel herbal scent which I expected and welcomed as I expect Burts Bees to be clear of added fragrance.
The product stung upon contact but I love that kind of sting. The product itself dries immediately so be fast.
I recommend it; I just dislike the packaging as it was hard to find amongst the other products with the same name unless you know what you're looking for. I don't think it works within the 2 week claim but I really do think it works eventually.
