So delicious and flavourful

Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon tasted so amazing. I loved the flavour. It tasted delicious on it's own and on top of mac and cheese. It is easy to cook. I loved the texture and they were nice and thick. It was a great alternative to pork bacon.

Decent, but not my favorite

The Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon has a nice smoky flavor and cooks up quickly, which makes it convenient for busy mornings. However, I found the texture a bit too chewy compared to regular bacon, and it doesn’t get as crispy as I’d like. It’s a decent lighter option, but not something I’d reach for all the time.

The Butterball Turkey Bacon is pretty solid if you want a lighter option. It gets nice and crispy and works great for a sandwich. It’s not like regular bacon, it’s tasty in its own way.

A good alternative

I enjoyed the butterball applewood smoked turkey bacon as a healthier option and my mother enjoyed it too. Unfortunately it wasn’t a family favourite and wasn’t as crispy as I usually like. The edges did get a little crispy, we cooked it for the full 15 minute recommendation. I also did not find the applewood flavour to be very strong and would have preferred more of that flavour.

Tasty like bacon but much healthier

I received this item free to review and after tasting it, I am very impressed.
I'm a bacon lover however with hyperlipidemia, I have to make better choices.
This turkey bacon is a great option to improve fat intake & lower salt intake as well.
I prepared it and the hot dogs as a full breakfast. Th bacon was pan cooked until crispy.
The flavour was still nice and smoky with hints of Applewood and the texture though different still reminded me of bacon.
It can definitely be used as a healthier bacon substitute in any meal or baking.

So healthy and delicious

This turkey bacon is so so good. It tastes just like regular bacon (and looks like it too!) but has 80% less fat than beef or pork bacon which makes it so much more heart healthy. Can’t wait to keep having this for breakfast.

Great stuff

Butterball's Applewood smoked turkey bacon is a hit in our house! Made with turkey, it is lower in fat than regular pork bacon, but has all the smoky taste you want from bacon. This bacon alternative cooks up easily in a frying pan, without that annoying grease splatter. Adding this bacon to a BLT sandwich, we could not tell the difference! Healthier and Tasty Bacon
