Not Smokey but Flavourful

This a great healthy bacon alternative that when cooked remains the same size, which is great. You will also avoid all the fatty grease. I didn't taste the smokey flavour but it wasn't bland flavour so it was still good. I can see myself purchasing this again.

Taste like the real thing

I was amazingly surprised by how much it has the same taste as real bacon, the only thing was the texture it was more on the stiff side but I cut it in small pieces and incorporated it in my brocoli salad and it was perfect loved it.

Delicious - Just a Tad Salty

I recently tried Butterball’s Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon and was genuinely impressed! The smoky flavor is rich and savory, giving it that classic bacon taste without the heaviness of pork. It crisps up beautifully in the pan and makes an excellent addition to breakfast, sandwiches, or even crumbled over a salad.

The applewood smoke adds a nice depth of flavor that’s not overpowering — it’s just right. I also appreciate the leaner profile and the fact that it's lower in fat compared to traditional bacon.

If I had one small critique, it would be that it leans slightly on the salty side, and was a bit tough. Not enough to ruin the experience, but noticeable. That said, it’s still one of the best turkey bacons I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be buying it again. A great option for anyone looking for a lighter bacon alternative with big flavor!

Great taste bacon

I like the taste of this turkey bacon. It’s mix of sweet and salty flavor. It is a healthier option if you want to try turkey bacon products. It does have the right of saltyness and it taste good. Each slices is thick and easy to be eaten.

Yummy!!

Really yummy. More “real” then their normal turkey bacon. But it for sure tasted different and was smaller peices. Easy to fry up & browns nicely, cant wait to eat it again!

Good, but not as satisfying as real bacon

I want to love Turkey bacon, but it just doesn't crisp up like regular bacon and offer that nice crunchy texture without being dry. It definitely is tastier, and you get a lot more bacon for price than with pork bacon (it doesn't really shrink). I can't say I really tasted the apple smoked flavour though.

Great taste, lower fat

Butterball turkey bacon is a great lower fat alternative that still tastes great! It’s gluten free, contains no pork, and it’s still a great source of protein. Tastes great in sandwiches and alongside eggs! I love it best crispy!

So delicious!

This is the first time I've tried Butterball Turkey bacon and I have to say, it was really good. It tasted delicious and cooked really well. I'd definitely buy this again and would recommend it to anyone who wants bacon but not pork bacon.
