Chalk It Up hair chalk was such a waste of money!!
At least this particular brand!!
My 14yr old saved her allowance so she could dye her tips mulitcolored.
Well, after applying the chalk to hair, the directions say to let air dry then seal it with a straightener..
After that was all said and done, the hair turned out disgustingly rough, knotted and very damaged!!!
AND the color was so faded, it wasn't noticable at all. The hair looked like a grey rats nest, in the end the hair had turned out nothing like what the box says.. (and it felt super gross!)
We used the green and a bit of pink...yet neither color stayed.
Yeah, she'll never purchase this stuff again, (neither would I)
Next time we're seeing a professional!!!
and we'll chalk this up to a lesson learned ;-) pun intended!! =P
