Feels oily

It says oil free but I feel it’s oily when using it to remove my makeup. Even after I washed my face after using this product to remove my makeup, my skin still feels oily. I had to apply twice to remove my mascara.

I used this eye makeup remover for nearly two weeks, to take off mostly my mascara and sometimes other eye makeup (shadow, eye liner & brow powder), before completing my review.

Finding an effective, affordable, and gentle eye makeup remover can sometimes be a challenge. I look for all three qualities in my eye makeup remover. Clean & Clean Soothing Eye Makeup Remover checked all the boxes! It got the job done, even taking off waterproof mascara, all while soothing the delicate skin around my eyes.

It left my eye area feeling refreshed and hydrated. I experienced no skin irritation. This product is suitable for sensitive skin.

This product is “Fragrance Free”, but to me is has a mild cucumber scent. It is made with cucumber extracts and conditioners.

Although this makeup remover is “Oil-Free”, it does feel rather oily on the skin. Shake the bottle well before use. The slick formula glides easily over the eyelids and quickly dissolves the makeup. You might want to rinse off the eye area with water after using this product.

I recommend Clean & Clear Soothing Eye Makeup Remover to anyone looking for an effective, affordable and gentle eye makeup remover.

Clean and Clear of Eyemakeup!

This works well, it is not too sticky and bad feeling and it did remove my makeup very effectively. When I wear eye makeup, I will for sure be using this for a while. It is a good size and will last a long time, as a little goes a long way.

The stuff works pretty good

I absolutely love how well this makeup remover takes off even the hardest to remove waterproof makeup I own with ease. There's no serious scrubbing that has to happen to take my makeup off. I love how it doesn't irritate my skin, but sadly disappointed that this oil free makeup remover makes my skin feel oily. It's definitely something I can live with as the product does work but not a fan of that aspect. So happy to have been chosen to test and review this as now I found a new quality product at a great price.

Melted away makeup

Really enjoyed testing this one out and it was great for removing both normal and waterproof makeup. It doesn’t dry out the skin like a lot of makeup removing products. If you’re sensitive to scents this isn’t too strong a smell but just be aware it is slightly scented. Careful using it around the eyes and it can sting a little if it gets in and can makeup your vision cloudy for a minute or two.

Very Effective Makeup Remover

I received this Soothing Eye Makeup Remover for free to try in exchange for my honest review from Clean & Clear and Butterly #gotitfree. I wear makeup every day including eyeshadow, winged liquid eyeliner and mascara. This eye makeup remover worked really well for me! It removed everything easily and actually saved me time because it was faster to remove using this product compared to the product I used to use. The remover has a very runny/watery texture. I wish the bottle was made with a smaller opening so you have better control of how much product comes out. Remember to shake well before using so that it gets all bubbly because that helps it to be able to remove makeup more effectively. It's oil free but it still feels very "oily" when you apply it, this is great for breaking down makeup but it does mean you need to rinse your face with warm water afterwards. I have dry and sensitive skin and I like that it didn't dry out or irritate my skin. I find a little goes a long way so this should last me a while.

Works Great

I haven't used Clean & Clear products since high school, because it use to dry out my skin. I was actually alittle nervous to give this product a try, but to my surprise I think this may be one my favorite makeup removers! The Clean & Clear Soothing Eye Makeup Remover seems to work really well for me!  It is an oil free formula, but at first glance it definitely looks like there's oil in the bottle. I think the reason for this; is the aloe ingredient that is use in to. TO USE: I simply shook the bottle, put a small amount on a cotton pad, and watched the make up dissolve right off my face. It worked really well at taking off waterproof mascara too. This product left my skin feeling soft, and hydrated with no greasy feel. I would definitely recommend it!

Loved it

This soothing eye makeup remover works great. I just love the way it removed my eye makeup so easily. Just shake it very well before using it and use it with cotton pad and done no more eye makeup.

Great eye make up remover

This is a great make-up remover. I tried to put heavy make-up and waterproof products on my eyes and it worked to dissolve my make-up. It's just too oily for me, and I needed to deep wash my face with a cleanser. Overall, it was OK for the price, and its effectiveness at removing make-up is great.

Removes the eye make up gently as it has no harsh chemicals that make itch in your eyes. I use it daily to remove my make up. A good product with good prices. I will recommend to others as its budget friendly and skin friendly.
