I have used Coppertone products for years but this is my first time trying a sunscreen that is specifically for faces with sensitive skin. I was so excited to try this (for free, thanks ChickAdvisor!) for both myself and my kiddo, whose skin is even more sensitive than mine. The very first thing I noticed was that distinct smell of sunscreen, I don't know why I was expecting this product not to smell like that, but it does. Besides that sunscreen smell it didn't have any other scents that stood out to me, which is great for sensitive skin. On the front of the product it reads: Non-acnegenic, free of dyes, oils, alcohols and fragrance. That is definitely true, there are no dyes, oils or alcohols in the ingredients but unfortunately it does have parabens listed.
This lotion absorbs really well, and is not at all oily once absorbed. I didn't notice any tackiness or dryness/tightness after using this product, but it did leave a slightly white cast on my skin making it look a shade or so lighter than it really is.
Overall I found this sunscreen lotion to be very effective. Neither myself nor my child experienced sunburn after using this product in the sun for a few hours, and it didn't affect our skin in any negative ways. We didn't get break outs or any type of irritation in the 2 weeks we have been using it. Though I didn't find anything extremely amazing about this product, I probably will purchase it in the future due to its skin sensitivity qualities & the fact that I now know that it works!

I received this product for free to review. I was very suprised at it's lack of greasiness, feels better than any other product I've tried, even feels better than my moisturizer. I could put it on without anything else and it actually controls the oil on my face which means no breakouts. When I put makeup on over it it is totally oil free and doesn't feel like I have too much on. I did find it really thick and kind of hard to spread on my face. After spending long periods of time outside I don't see any colour on my face which is very important to me. No wrinkles is more important to me than a dark tan. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend and will be buying it in the future.

Well for what little sunshine we have had so far, no burns and I'm keeping my few freckles at bay with this product.

I like the scent and that I am not smelling that typical sunscreen smell all day after applying this product to my skin. As for actually applying this product, I had learned that I need to apply and wait at least 5 mins before putting on any other makeup on y skin, it needs some time to absorb and the more I tried to rub it in, the more it reminded me of applying zinc products/rash cream. I am happy to say I've had no breakouts since using this and I was worried I'd be greasy, but no complaints.

I love this sunscreen, it works so great for me and feels great. Its not hard to put on and smells great.

I received the Coppertone Sunscreen Lotion through the Product Review Club. I liked the texture of the sunscreen, it was non-greasy and found it great on my sensitive skin. I would recommend it.

As part of chick advisors review club I was lucky enough to try this for free! I have sensitive skin in terms of sunscreen. Even the most expensive brands meant for facial use always leave me in breakouts. I was very surprised to find this one did not. I love how the SPF is high unlike many that are only rated SPF 30. I found it to go on nicely, although a little thick for my liking. It went well under my makeup and i believe it had great staying power. Most of all no burn! I would for sure recommend this one as I WILL be buying it again.

I received the Coppertone Sunscreen Lotion Sensitive Skin Faces SPF 50 as part of the Product Review Club. It worked well at protecting my fair skin. I liked that there was no scent and was not as heavy as a regular sunscreen. It was very thick and took a bit of time to blend it into my skin. It didn't cause my skin to breakout. I would recommend it. However, I like combo products that are face moisturizers with spf.

I really loved this SPF. Considering how white I am, it worked really well (6 hours in the sun and no sunburns!). I also found that it went on nicely (more like a lotion without the slick oiliness that most sunscreens have. It also smelt quite nice. I'd definitely recommend this to a friend.

I received the Coppertone sunscreen Lotion for Sensitive Skin / Faces and was excited to try it. My son is playing spring /summer flag football and we are all on the field all weekend long.

I was disappointed on how thick it was for my face. For a child I can see it but an adult - I had a hard time blending it in then it felt very heavy and shiny. I was hoping for a lighter feel and less shin.

My daughter who works outdoors also tried it and found it didn't last any longer before she had to reapply - then the regular sunscreen (spf 35 sport) that she uses and she also felt she had to cake on makeup as it was so shiny.

I liked the no smell and I did not break out after using either. It just was not for our family.

I was able to use this in Mexico, the formula is nice, goes on smooth and aborbs well. Doesn't smell and I didn't burn. I did break out a little I don't know if it was from this product or from the heat. They need to make this for your entite body!
