Was so refreshing

I loved using this Pressed Powder, it looked white but worked it's magic and how! I would say, it's long lasting and blurs imperfections perfectly. Love that it's vegan and cruelty free.

Not entirely sold on it

I used this a couple of times and I’m not sure if I like it or don’t. Besides the fact that it leaves a white cast on my dark skin (which I can remedy), I don’t know how well it faired when it comes to longevity. I started noticing oil splotches on my t zone while I baked and finished the rest of my makeup. I’m not even oily 🥲

perfect for setting the undereye!

this powder is super finely milled and sets my under-eye perfectly. it doesn't chalky and does cling to dry patches either. I also used it to set the face and my makeup didn't move!

Great product

I liked this product a lot. It works well to give my face a smooth and non-sticky finish. It really helps give a flawless look at the end of my makeup application. I do need to do a finish brush off at the end though to make sure there is not access powder otherwise I look a bit ghostly.

Finally, A finishing powder without SHINE!

How often do you actually get a finishing powder that doesn't look more like a highlighter without spending more than $30? Rarely. I'll tell you that. Although this was a little light for me due to my recent trip to Florida to perform my new single in Clearwater. I completely loved the finish and the matte is perfect for stage lights! Everyone knows you need a rotation depending on the "level" if your skin! Consult a makeup professional for details if you have no idea what I'm talking about it is worth the ask, trust!!

Clean in More Ways Than One

To prevent future oil buildup, I use the translucent pressed powder. There is no strong fragrance and it's both vegan & cruelty free, which is much appreciated! Because the powder is pressed, I don't have to deal with the mess of loose powder which is an added bonus.

Good for lighter skin tones

I received the powder in the translucent shade and I was hoping that it would set my makeup but it more or less layered on top and created a white cast, my skin does have some warmth to it so this powder didn’t particularly work for me!

Good product and nice packaging

Although I do prefer a powder with a little bit of extra coverage byway of a tint, my skin looked good after using this formula and it did not overly dry out my skin - but also lasted throughout the day. Does give a bit of a powdery appearance and there was a lot of kickback on first use. I personally prefer a glowy formula. Love the pink packaging! I find translucent powders to be a little bit "powdery" and can give a white cast. Great to see options without talc, will spread the word.

Doesn’t do much

I #gotitfree in exchange for my honest review. This pressed powder comes in a very aesthetically pleasing light-pink plastic compact. The product itself is lacklustre, though—it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference to the texture and longevity of my makeup when I wear it. It also leaves a slight white cast. I would not recommend this product unless you are very pale.

Great Finishing Touch

A neat thing about the COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Healthy Look Pressed Powder is that even the cute little powder puff that comes with it is vegan. The powder is vegan, cruelty free and made with fresh clean ingredients. It’s a talc free powder which is pretty neat. It’s formulated with Aloe Vera and tapioca to absorb oil and control shine. It was a nice finishing product applied over the COVERGIRL Clean & Fresh Foundation and Concealer. When I first opened the compact the powder looked white so I was a little hesitant but then once it was on the puff and my skin the true colour showed. It was long lasting and didn’t dry out my skin like some powders can. Although I did find in some spots it did tend to cake slightly in some of my deeper fine lines. With a few swipes of the puff I fixed it quickly. It’s not often I can find a powder that doesn’t emphasize fine lines and this one doesn’t. It also didn’t emphasize problem spots such as blemishes or redness around my nose. It helped hide these well. It’s great for blurring imperfections as well. Overall I was impressed. I do wish that I didn’t have to store my puff on top of the powder though. I like it when the compact comes with a hidden little spot to store the puff.
