This Cover Girl eyeliner is wonderful. It creates a nice effect to the eyes. There are so many colours and they are right on! Love the smudge end! It gave a smoky, sex look! I would highly recommend this eyeliner! All Covergirl Make Up is great!

For the price the Quality is AMAZING I got the dark black and also the brown and I love it. it marks great on my eyes and it works wonders. It is a must buy!

I love how Dark it is But I don't like how it smudges after maybe an Hour of wear. I prefer the pencil over the liquid because they are easier to use, I like the length of the NYC Eyeliner pencil making it easy to handle & I loved that It came with a Sharpener
