I bought this mascara a year or so ago wanting to make my eyes pop. It didn't do that it was the same color as a regular mascara and quality was horrible so after two uses I threw it out.

I am usually a fan of Covergirl but I was pretty disappointed with their Exact Eyelights Mascara. I have green/blue eyes so I opted for the purple shade specific to green eyes. While I liked how it was slightly tinted with colour, it seemed like it wasn't enough to make my peepers pop. I have light eyelashes as well so I literally had to coat them over and over to get any sort of effect. (I eventually resorted to putting on black mascara first and then using the eyelights over that to add a little bit of brightness.) It was also kind of flakey and it definately did not last all day. The price point was right, just not the quality. Perhaps the other shades are more effective.

What effect? Okay I will cop to the fact that I need contact to see 2 inches in front of my nose, but I bought this and I didn't see any effects at all. What I saw was my scanty lashes continuing to be scanty lashes. I see a little colour and very little change to the length, volume and thickness. I bought it - so I will use it until its gone, but it was a waste of money since it didn't do a thing for my lashes. I will say that my lashes remained supple and it would be good choice to wear if I am trying to look like I have no make-up on at all. Overall, a big disappointment.

I needed a new mascara so bought this as I had a coupon for cover girl products. Guess wha t!!! I went out and bought something else. This mascara is not worth the money and I wish I has returned it. As a rule, I love Cover Girl products, BUT.............definately NOT this one

This is a good mascara and i like the brush but dont buy it if you want what it says in the commercials cause it dosnt help your eye color pop out at all.

I was not very impressed by this mascara. Although it did seem to slightly brighten my green/gray eyes, it was quite clumpy on my lashes. As well, the wand is flimpsy and inefficient. I wouldn't recommend this mascara. For anyone looking for good mascara at a reasonable price point, I'm currently using Maybeline Volume Express Mascara, which seems to be a good product so far. I'm also a fan of Clinique mascara.

I am never disappointed with Cover Girl Mascaras, and although I like this one I have to say that Lash Blast is still my absolute favourite.

I don’t think this mascara particularly brings out the colour of my eyes like it claims to do, but I suppose truthfully I didn’t really expect it to. The shimmer is only visible when you have your nose to the mirror.

As mascara in general it is quite good: it makes my lashes longer, thicker and very dark which I love. I also really like the brush: it’s stiff and combs the lashes really well. It is also long and thin so it’s better for getting the tiny corner of the eye lashes than the thick Lash Blast brush.

Overall it is a good product but I am not blown away so will probably go back to Lash Blast for my next mascara purchase.

I hate this mascara, yet I kinda like it.

It doesn't enhance my eye colour, but that wasn't the reason why I bought it. I just wanted to see if it would work for me. You see, my eyelashes do not hold curl. No matter how much I curl them they just go back to lying flat. I know it's not my technique because I have had other people curl them which leads to the same result.

So, to the mascara. This holds my curl. Not completely, but more than any other mascara I have used. What makes my not love it? The clumps. This is worse than dollar store mascara for clumps. It's also very hard to take off and I always use a few lashes to it.

I love cover girl mascaras and was excited when this product came out, however I was dissapointed with the results right away. I have light blue eyes and bought the appropriate mascara to enhance it. The results were lackluster, and it seemed like an ordinary black mascara. As well, I have shorter lashes and found that the mascara didn't provide me with any length or volume. I threw it in the garbage after a few uses and went out and bought the Lash Blast Mascara (the one in the orange tube). Forget about this product and stick to cover girl's lush blast line!

I have super short eyelashes, so it's possible that this works better for people that have longer lashes then I do. Either way, I don't feel like it worked particularly very well. Price wise it was pretty normal, nothing out of the ordinary. Quality and effectiveness wise, I dont feel like it's anything special. I see the little gold speckles in the mascara, but I don't feel like it's really brought out my brown eyes very well.
