    A "Perfect" Waste of Money!

    So so SO disappointed by this eyeliner. Not only did it crumble when I tried to use it but it would not even line my eye properly. Maybe I got a broken one but at $9.00 this wasn't that cheap either! Covergirl, you can do better! (There was definitely nothing "perfect" about it, unless you want to say it was a "Perfect" waste of money!)
