I received Crest 3D White Whistestrips 2-hour Express through the Chick Advisor PRC. I've used Crest whitening strips before, but have not used them in a few years. I remember using the one week and two week kits and finding that the strips were really thin and flimsy and that it was difficult to keep them on my teeth even for the 15-30 mins. The 3D White Whitestrips were nothing like the old one and two week kits. The strip felt much thicker and was significantly more sturdy that what I remember. When those strips were placed on my teeth, they weren't going anywhere! When the two hours were up the strips were still holding onto my teeth like crazy, but it didn't hurt to remove them. The only issue I had was with the bottom strip. I tend to have over-active saliva glands (so much so that even my dentist has trouble working on my lower teeth, they have to stuff my lower jaw with cotton absorbers and replace them every 10 minutes...), and this caused the lower strip to be smothered in saliva (even though I held my mouth open for the full two hours). As a result, I found that the gel on the strip was overly diluted and that my bottom teeth did not whiten nearly as much as my top teeth. The whitening that I did notice (mostly on my top teeth) was subtle but definitely brighter than my teeth were before. I didn't notice any white dots on my teeth (which I'd noticed with older versions of Crest white strips).

As far as sensitivity goes, this product made my teeth super sensitive for about 20 hours after taking the strips off. I didn't feel any sensitivity or pain during the two hour treatment. The sensitivity started about 3 hours after the treatment and lasted for most of the following day (I put the strips on in the evening).

The instructions that were included with the product were not at all helpful and didn't actually say which strip was for the top and which was for the bottom (both top and bottom are in one wrapper on the same plastic backing). The only way I knew which strip was for which set of teeth was by looking at the pictures on the back of the box. The first picture shows the two strips on the plastic backing with a longer strip on top, the next picture shows a smile with the strips already applied... I guessed that since the first picture showed the shorter strip on the bottom of the plastic backing, that it was for the lower teeth. It would have been nice to have some more detailed instructions about what you can and can't do while the strips are on. I remember a while ago seeing an ad about Crest Advanced whitening strips that said you could drink water with the strips on, but the 3D white whitening strips didn't make any mention on this on the box or in the limited instructions.

I have to admit that I found it difficult to find a time in my day where I felt I could go without drinking anything, speaking at all, and have my mouth handing open for a full two hours. It was incredibly difficult to speak with the strips on, and laughing made me feel like the strips would slide off. Despite applying chapstick every 15 minutes or so, I still felt like my lips were really dried out after using this product.

I wasn't expecting these strips to give me a brilliantly white smile, so I wasn't disappointed when the whitening was fairly subtle. The chart on the back of the box does indicate that the 3D white 2 hour kit will not give professional whitening results, but will "brighten" your smile. The kit includes a year's worth of treatments (4 pairs of strips) and the limited instructions say to repeat every 3 months. I might just do it again 3 months from now to see if the brightening is more noticeable with repeated treatments done according to the recommended schedule.

Overall I think I would recommend this product to a friend if they wanted a slightly whiter smile and didn't have the time to use a one or two week system. I did the treatment just three days before I was the maid of honour in a friend's wedding and it was convenient to be able to do it last minute. If you really want a smile that's noticeably whiter, then the longer treatment systems that Crest has are more effective as long as you have the time!

I've used another version of Crest Whitestrips in the past, and I was very pleased with my results when using it. I was excited to try the 2 Hour Express Whitestrips, because putting the strips on for 2 hours, once every three months, is a lot easier to remember than once a day for 2 weeks. I usually didn't remember to keep using them after a week or so.

These strips were very easy to use. They stuck on really well, and didn't slide off at all during the 2 hour time period. I did experience sensitive teeth for the next couple of days after using it, but it did go away entirely.

And for the most important aspect of the review... the whitening. I have to say that I was a tiny, tiny bit disappointed in the results. I had gotten much whiter results using the 2 week strips. But my boyfriend did notice a difference, so it does work. I will use them again in 3 months. Very easy, very fast. Maybe the results weren't as dazzling considering my teeth were not that yellow to begin with.

I recently got to try these and because there was more then one set in the box, I also got my friend to try it as well. The results for me were great! It wasn't hugely noticeable right away but after a little while I was starting to notice me peeking at mirrors and smiling at the result. My friend, however, did not have such a great reaction. Although it whitened her teeth very noticeably (she's a smoker and it really helped lighten that yellowish stain from around her gum line) she complained for many hours after that her teeth were hurting a fair bit. Neither of us have sensitive teeth so we found it a bit odd. She ended up having to buy a tube of Sensodyne to try and relieve the ache. The last I talked to her that day was about 10hours after removing the strips and they were still bad then. She was thrilled with the result but not so happy with the pain. I myself didn't have any trouble and can't wait to try them again but I don't think I'd buy them at the listed price. It's a bit out of my price range at least.

I got a chance to try these strips through the Product Review Club, and I'm really glad I did. THey worked really well for me. I didn't have a TON of discolouration before use, so I can't speak to how well they would work with severely discoloured teeth, but for the average 'love coffee and red wine' (and have done for at least a decade) kind of woman, I can say that these seem to work fabulously (at least they did for me). After using the strips, I noticed a clear difference right away (I'd say about 2 shades whiter than before), and so did others who know me well. I had one friend ask right away what I had used and who went out and purchased it based on my results. I will and already have recommended the strips to friends, and would use them again myself. I also asked my dentist for thoughts on safety and effectiveness, and he said he's heard good things from other clients and that they are completely safe.

I recently tried Crest 3D White Whitestrips 2-hour Express. I've only whitened my teeth once before, and I must say, my experience was much better this time. I loved that the strips stayed on my teeth so well. Not once did they start shifting or falling off my teeth. The taste wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't very overpowering either. After using the strips, I noticed a slight improvement, but it's not anything anyone else would notice. You can only use these strips once every 3 months, so I suspect that after a couple of uses I will notice much more of a difference.

The only thing I did not like was having the keep the strips on for 2 hours, but this is just a small inconvenience. All in all, I liked this product, and will continue to use it to improve my teeth. I will also happily and confidently recommend this product to my friends and family.

I was glad to try Crest 3D Whitestrips because I had seen the ad on TV and was wondering if it works. I think the box is way too big for what is inside. It is a waste of cardboard. The application was easy and I like that it takes only two hours instead of 1 or 2 weeks as with the other whitening strips I used in the past. However, you can't expect miracle in two hours. It does the job, but my teeth aren't dramatically whiter. Finally, I think it the price is a bit high, but I would have to use the product every three or four months to see if it is worth paying 55$ for it.

I am so glad Chick Advisor gave me the opportunity to test the Crest 3D 2 Hour Express Whitestrips because I wanted to try the product ever since I saw the tv commercial. My teeth are already decently white but they could be whiter and this product did a decent job but nothing dramatic.
The product gets 5 stars from me for usability. It is easy to use, put on and keep on. I have tried other whitening strips in the past but they would move around on my teeth and were messy. The Crest 3D whitestrips stick to your teeth really well.
After i applied the strips, I forgot I had them on because I have fairly sensitive teeth and they did not bother my teeth at all. I was able to go about my daily routine for 2 hours.
I think this product would provide more noticeable results for people who have stains on their teeth from smoking, drinking coffee etc.

First, I haven't whitened my teeth in over 6 months. The strips were exactly the same as any of the Crest Strips I've used before, with the exception of easier to fold over corners on the strips peices. I like the idea of only 2 hours, and that's it. I've given up when I had to do 2 weeks, or even 1 week. I like the idea of only once every 3-4 months.

I agree with other statements that the results are not going to give you glaring white teeth, so don't have high hopes if that is what you're looking for. There IS noticeable results, just not dramatic. I liked the adhesion of the strips, the 2 hours went by quickly and I drank water no problem, talked on the phone, and no worries. I would buy this again for the conveinence alone.

I was very eager to try Crest 3D Whitestrips 2-hour express as the high cost of whitening treatments has put me off in the past. I was pleased with the ease of the process although I didn't like the bleach taste. I didn't have any tooth sensitivity and it was pretty painless. I was happy with the results although they weren't as bright as I had envisioned. After a few more applications it would probably be much more obvious. I would recommend these to people like myself who don't want to bother applying whitening products anymore than once every three months. Thanks Chickadvisor!

I was expecting a more dramatic whitening effect from this product, so i was a bit disappointed when after 2 hours, i only noticed my teeth had gotten a couple shades whiter.
Therefore, i only recommend this for people who are pressed for time and want to brighten their smile just a couple shades.

I found it mildly uncomfortable to wear, although it was fortunately alright to drink water with them on. I didn't taste any of the gel when i drank water, so it seems quite safe. Peeling the strips off was simple and easy, with no residual chemical-y aftertaste. I just rinsed with water after removing the strips.

I felt mild sensitivity a few hours post-removal, which lasted a few hours. I went to sleep a few hours after removal, and i'm' sure the sleep helped me avoid several more hours of sensitivity! So i do recommend that users who might be concerned with sensitivity apply this product just a few hours prior to sleeping, so that you can benefit from relief from sensitivity while sleeping.

Overall, i would recommend this product to people who only seek mild whitening benefits in a short span of time.
