I was told by my Dentist that toothpaste is toothpaste. It is actually the brushing action with warm water and the flossing, and watching what you eat acid wise, and coffee and red wine wise. Unless, she said, you have sensitivity, then use a sensitivity toothpaste. Otherwise, all those fancy ones are no different.

I disagree in a way that this toothpaste. My breath and just total freshness of my mouth lasted only a couple hours. And I am an avid brusher at 3 x day and floss 2x a day. I also felt that my teeth just didn't feel like they were clean enough. The blue gel of the toothpaste didn't foam very well, even when I used more on my toothbrush. I have this because my Mom bought it for me. She doesn't believe in the fancy toothpastes either.

Unfortunately, when I am done with this paste. I will not buy it again. For me anyway, I am looking for more in my toothpaste.
