These are a powder formula that's smooth to apply and blend and not at all chalky. Perfect for that all neutral smoky eye!

This is such a lovely palette--the colors are so pigmented and they go on so smoothly and blend perfectly! I've heard people complain that these are powdery/ chalky but I have not experienced that at all, the formula is amazing.
