Great Natural Deodorant

I really liked the Dove 'Care by Plants' 24 hour natural deodorant. It went on smooth and dry, left no white marks on clothes and works well. Love that it is aluminum free, paraben free and plant-based. I would choose another fragrance though as the Sandalwood scent seemed strong on my body (may be different on someone else!) #gotitfree

Good deodorant, but very strong scent

I was very excited to try this deodorant, because I already use it in a different scent. It kept my sweat at bay, and I had no odour, but I found the scent to be very overwhelming, and it didn't dissipate through the day. I also had a slight irritation fron it. I was itchy under my armpits a couple of hours after application, but i didn't get get a rash. I was impressed that it was plant based, which is different from their original ones, so I'm wondering if that's what caused my issue. I discontinued using it after trying it twice and receiving the same results. I was so disappointed, because I was very excited to try it.
I will just continue to stick to their regular formula. Thank you for this opportunity to try this free product.

Great deodorant!

I received Dove care by plants deodorant free from chickadvisor in exchange for my honest review. I tried the deodorant for several day and it was great. It provided me with full day protection and I smelled nice the whole day. The scent is very subtle and natural. I am happy I found a deodorant with natural ingredients that is also effective.

Strong smell

It does have a very strong smell but worked wonders, i'm at a job that i swear a lot and i after a long day the smell was still there and my pits were not sticky or sweaty

Dove-Love

I love the deodorant - no issues with my skin which has been an issue with other brands, i tried the sandal wood; I found that it was a little stronger at first but I usually go with a fruity variety.

Des ingrédients rassurants!

Dove m’a surpris avec le déodorant Care by plants qui est sans aluminium, sans bicarbonate de soude (donc moins irritant pour la peau), sans parabènes et avec 99% d’ingrédients d’origine naturelle.

L’odeur bois de santal ressemble beaucoup à celle de l’huile essentielle d’arbre à thé (si vous la connaissez). Elle est douce, mais camoufle bien toutes autres odeurs. Bien qu’elle soit efficace, j’ai dû remettre du déodorant une seconde fois lors d’une journée active, et ce malgré son action « 24 h ».

La texture du déodorant est crémeuse. Quand c’est le cas, le bâton réduit de volume rapidement. C’est pourquoi je préfère conserver ce déodorant au réfrigérateur (mais c’est commun de le faire pour les déos aux ingrédients naturels).

Ma peau est douce et hydratée après application, mais sans l’impression d’être « humide ».

Le produit comporte de bons ingrédients, et surtout rassurants! Dans mon cas, c’est certain que je rachète!

Love this idea

I was a bit skeptical when I read about this product and how it would work but I love it! It looks super easy to replace though I haven’t tried yet. The smell is absolutely amazing and the product actually lasts through out the day. I feel better about putting a cleaner product on my body and love that it’s a step towards helping the environment! #gotitfree #recommend

Plant based ! Awesome !!

I love that this new deodorant line is plant based !! It's so nice to have more natural options available in a world so full of chemicals. The sandalwood is not for me, but I like the sounds of some of the other options.

beautiful deoderant

i loved the feel of it. the way it made my skin so darn smooth. i dont care for the sandalwood scent but am buying another scent i love how un sticky it goes on it doesnt need time to dry either. and it kept me dry a full day

Great natural deodorant

I received the Dove care plants deodorant to review in sandalwood scent. The packaging is typical of any mainstream deodorant and the application was just as simple. The actual product seems great too. It applied smoothly, with no flaking or stains on clothing. Did a great job keeping me smelling fresh all day long- even after a full day of work moving hay in the barn! My only moderate complaint is that I found this particular scent a little strong for myself, but I am easily overwhelmed by scents...most people would probably find it a nice level of scent
