Great for freshening up - not for actual sweat!

I like this product for when I need a quick little freshen up, but nothing more than that. I definitely won't be replacing my usual Dove sensitive skin stick deodorant.

While Dove’s spray on antiperspirant truely is invisable it’s not as effective as Dove’s line of solid invisable antiperspirants. Normally my Dove solid antiperspirant lasts me all day, or longer. I found with their new spray on product I was needing to reapply by mid afternoon. While it jept me dry the odour control just wasn’t there for me.

I wanted to try a dry spray for awhile now because I thought it wouldn't ruin my clothes with white marks, there is still white marks. Not sure how this can be classed as 'dry' when it leaves wet white marks. It works well as a deodorant, as it is keeps me smelling clean all day (not 48hrs), but I prefer my usual brand.

I was excited to try this product when it was first released since I'm a big big fan of other Dove deodorants. This one failed to meet my expectations. First of all, the smell is not quite the same as the other 'Cool Essentials' products. It only has a hint of the fresh cucumber scent, but it's overall powdery scented and not as pleasant. While the product does keep me dry, I'm just not a fan. I also think the price is quite high for what it is.

I love the fact that it's a dry spray so it never gets on my clothes. It needs to be applied more often than a regular stick deodorant. The smell is amazing and it doesn't irritate my skin.
