Does what it's supposed to do but needs to improve quality

I honestly did not like this Deep Moisture hand sanitizer by Dove. Why I didn't like it? It made my hands felt very uncomfortable as if I was coating them with pva glue. It also took a long time to dry and felt very sticky until it actually dried down. When I go to wash my hands later, it felt like my hands were covered in a jelly-like substance as the dried sanitizer rehydrated under the water. There was also a super strong scent due to unnecessary added fragrances.

Apart from all that, it does what it's supposed to do which is sanitize and moisturize your hands. My hands did felt less dry compared to when I was using a competitor brand. I only wish that it had provided a better textural feel that is less gooey and sticky for a more pleasant user experience, as well as a fragrance-free option to accommodate folks with sensitivities to such.
